Description July 24, 2012. I filmed the damage around the area of Lei King Wan, Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong after Severe Typhoon Vicente passed very close to Hong Kong and made Hong Kong Observatory issued the highest typhoon signal No.10 (Hurricane warning).
