| Description | July 25, 2017: In Feodosia, near the mouth of the Baybugi River, a solemn blessing of the foundation stone was held prior to construction of the chapel of the Holy Righteous Warrior Fyodor Ushakov, designed by Fyodor Konyukhov. Konyukhov is a prolific author and painter, a participant in Russian and international art exhibitions, a full member of the Russian Geographical Society, and a member of the Union of Writers of the Russian Federation. The consecration ceremony was conducted by the bishop of the Russian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan of Theodosius and Kerch Plato, who in his welcoming speech noted the importance of the event for the Orthodox population of the city of Feodosia and tourists. After the ceremony, Fyodor Konyukhov shared his thoughts on unusual architectural decisions regarding the chapel; and spoke about the upcoming construction of the "School of Travelers" near the chapel.
