Description
English: 连日来，受上游来水挤压，下游鄱阳湖顶托，加上区间极值降雨，长江小池段水位猛涨。7月13日12时，小池段水位已达22.63米，距23.25米的保证水位仅0.62米。面对严峻形势，湖北省黄冈市黄梅县紧急会商果断决定，适时运用黄梅滨江圩、老洲圩、团洲圩等民垸进行平垸行洪。
