| Description | With billowing flags and traditionally dressed local riders behind them and the panoramic of the majestic Atlas Mountains in the foreground, it was a supremely glorious setting for the 350 guests gathered at Jnan Amar Polo Club to enjoy the first ever BPD Brompton Cycle Polo Exhibition Match. The encounter between Hackett London British Exiles and an Eton College hijacked Rest of the World side kicked-off an afternoon of competition at the inaugural BPD Morocco on Saturday 19th April. After a frenzied and hugely entertaining Le Mans start to the first chukka, His Excellency Mr Clive Alderton LVO (British Ambassador to Morocco) accompanied Eve Branson to throw the ball in for the second & final chukka. The Brompton is the polo pony of the bicycle world. Nippy in the dash, highly responsive and with the requirement for rider & mount to have a sound mutual understanding of one another.
