Areas that require therapy are outlined and types of therapy are discussed. The presentation is well done, however, alternate viewpoints are not dealt with; more recent concepts in the management of hypertension are never broached; and some opinions are stated in an oversimplified fashion. Thus, the program is recommended with reservations for cardiologists and practitioners of internal medicine. |
