Summary

Description	The film opens with a scene from a mystery. A waiter serves tea while someone is playing a piano. An inspector appears, and the cast moves off the set to discuss cancer with Dr. Crandall. According to Dr. Crandall, cancer causes 155,000 deaths per year. He lists the symptoms. The film explains the necessity for physical examinations as a safeguard against cancer. Members of the American Society for the Control of Cancer, including Director Clarence C. Little and Mrs. Marjorie G. Illig, Commander of the Women's Field Army, discuss activities relating to the detection and control of cancer in an excerpt from a television show. The Women's Field Army was formed in 1936 to disseminate cancer information.
