Description	The first stone ceremony for ESO’s Extremely Large Telescope has taken place at the Paranal Observatory in northern Chile, in the presence of the President of Chile. The video is available in 4K UHD. The ESOcast Light is a series of short videos bringing you the wonders of the Universe in bite-sized pieces.
