Description (Critical) This program discusses many granulomatous lung diseases including diffuse granulomatous diseases, hematogenous/lymphogenous granulomatous diseases, pneumonoconioses, fungus diseases, tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, and histiocytoses.The pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying the radiographic appearance of the various entities are emphasized.
