Summary
| Description | (Critical) This program is a concise review of myeloid production of granular leukocytes and erythrocytes. The production differs from most texts with regard to the presence of specific granules in promyelocytes. The portrayal of histologic material in color on a videoscreen is difficult, but the production's length and pace are excellent. Although the material is somewhat superficial and covers only the light microscopic aspects of this subject, excluding electron microscopy, it is recommended for use in a basic general laboratory course.
