Summary

The solid rocket boosters fall away from Space Shuttle Endeavour. This will be the first flight for Endeavour since 2002. Designated International Space Station assembly flight 13A.1, the crew will install and outfit the S5 truss section, replace a faulty control moment gyro and deliver supplies and equipment to the station. This will also be the first flight for Mission Specialist Barbara Morgan, the teacher-turned-astronaut.
