Summary
| Description | The unpiloted Northrop Grumman CRS-21 Cygnus cargo craft launched August 4 on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida beginning a two-day flight to the International Space Station. Dubbed the “SS Richard ‘Dick’ Scobee” for the late NASA astronaut who perished during the Challenger accident. Cygnus is filled with food, fuel, and supplies, and will be captured by the station’s robotic arm and installed to the nadir port of the Unity module of the space station on August 6.
