NASA's SpaceX Crew-10 Re-Entry and Splashdown NASA astronauts Anne McClain and Nichole Ayers as well as JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Takuya Onishi and Roscosmos cosmonaut Kirill Peskov splashed down off the coast of California Aug. 9 following their undocking from the forward port of the International Space Station’s Harmony module on Aug. 8. Crew-10 was completing a long-duration mission living and working aboard the microgravity laboratory to advance scientific knowledge and demonstrate new technologies for future human and robotic exploration flights as part of NASA’s Moon and Mars exploration approach, including lunar missions through NASA’s Artemis program.
