Summary

Description Wind tests on a human subject (either O. E. Payne or G. L. Dillon; misidentified as John Stapp by Gizmondo) at the Langley Research Center, showing the effects of winds at certain speeds on the human face. Maximum speed is 457 mph. This test was covered as early as the April 1949 issue of All Hands (online here; transcript on the talk page.)
