Summary
| Description | Chicago's North Shore Line interurban cars have been preserved in operating condition at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois. The North Shore Line was one of Samuel Insull's utility investments during the height of the interurban era in America. Sadly, the North Shore Line, which operated between Chicago, Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was abandoned during the early 1960s. |
