Summary

Description Starting with a nod to the Founding Fathers, this video discusses the responsibility of federal employees to carry out their work with dedication and integrity. Through role-playing and reenactments, the video shows situations employees might find themselves in which these principles and rules could be compromised. One employee is pressured by a friend who is a contractor to write a sole-source contract. The employee then manipulates co-workers to do the favor for his friend. The video outlines scenarios and asks the viewer what a better response might have been. It also focuses on federal inspectors of meat, aircraft, and other items, and what they should do if approached with an offer of a bribe. Transfer; Capt. Charles Stanley; 20040702; 2004-10.
